Known Strangers currently ships across India. We are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.

Estimated delivery time is generally between 3–7 business days, depending on your city, courier service availability and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment. Promotional offers with free shipping may be available from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can also track your shipment from your Orders page.

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, festivals, courier delays, natural disasters or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Known Strangers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
