Known Strangers does not offer returns once an order has been delivered. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags and packaging.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
